Delivery information
What doorstep delivery costs, standard service:

Your exact cost for every option appears at checkout once you enter your address.
How fast — all cut-offs are 7 AM on a weekday:
- Same Day in Cape Town
- Next Day to main centres
- Express to regional areas, usually 2–3 days (estimated)

โI must say, there is something about the Instabar that just makes it different to other disposables. I've been using it for over two weeks now and it's just great. It's sleek and fits comfortably in your hand. It's long-lasting and I am trying to get a month out of it. I'll see how it goes. There are definitely pros and right now I can't see any cons. I'll give a different flavour a go.โ

โHas a good flavour. Attractive unit, more "dainty" and sleek than the Nasty Bar. Would be better if easier to see how much liquid is left?โ
