Refund policy

At Smoke Organic Store, we value your business and offer a seamless process for refunds and returns. Read through our policy below for more details, but before you go any further, remember:

We will ALWAYS replace, refund, or credit your account if you receive a faulty vape from us.

1. Faulty Products

If you receive a faulty vape, you must let us know within 7 days of it being marked as delivered by the courier.

Once we confirm the fault, we will replace, refund, or credit your account in full.

2. Change-of-Mind Returns

If you change your mind and no longer want a product, you may return it within 3 days of delivery.

You are responsible for the return delivery fee. We will refund you the amount you paid for the item minus the courier’s return fee.

3. Condition of Returned Items

  1. All items - including packaging - must be in perfect, resellable, and sealed condition.
  2. Please place returns in a safe container or box to avoid damage in transit.
  3. If we receive an item that is damaged or whose packaging is opened, we will not be able to process a refund.

4. Return Process

  1. To initiate a return or report a defect, email us at orders@smokeorganic.co.za.
  2. Once your return is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid shipping label and packaging instructions.
  3. Our courier partner will collect the package within 1–2 business days.
  4. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

5. Refund Methods

  1. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (we cannot refund to a different method).
  2. Alternatively, you may choose store credit or a gift card: To use store credit, simply log in to your account using the same email address or cellphone number; it will auto-apply at checkout.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order on arrival. If you find any defects, damage, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve it.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange is to return the original item for a refund (see “Change-of-Mind Returns” above), then place a new order for the replacement.
