Shipping policy

We deliver everywhere in South Africa (no international delivery).

Delivery starts at R70, and locker collection is often cheaper still. Your exact cost depends on where you are and how fast you want it — and it drops as your order grows (see “Delivery discounts” below). The final amount is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Where we deliver

Cape Town — within 50 km of Cape Town CBD
Main Centres — within 50 km of any of: Johannesburg, Pretoria, Bloemfontein, Durban, Port Elizabeth, East London, George, Kimberley, Ladysmith, Nelspruit, Polokwane, Potchefstroom, Welkom, or Witbank. See our Delivery Locations hub for all main centres.
Regional — all other areas of South Africa

Delivery options and prices

Collection — often our cheapest option
Pargo pickup points are available countrywide, and Bob Box lockers are available in most major centres — usually our cheapest option where you can get one. Choose a point at checkout, get notified when your parcel lands, and collect whenever suits you (2–6 business days). Collection pricing depends on the point you choose, so the exact cost is shown at checkout.

Cape Town

Economy — R70 (2–3 business days)
Next Day — R104 — order before 7 AM on a weekday, delivered by 12 PM the next business day
Same Day — R127 — order before 7 AM on a weekday, delivered by 5 PM the same day

Main Centres

Economy — R89 (2–5 business days)
Next Day — R157 — order before 7 AM on a weekday, delivered by 12 PM the next business day

Regional

Economy — R115 (3–6 business days)
2-Day — R157 — order before 7 AM on a weekday, delivered within 2 business days

Weekend and public-holiday orders are dispatched on the next business day, so a Saturday or Sunday Same Day order arrives Monday, and a Next Day order arrives Tuesday.

A small number of outlying areas carry a delivery surcharge, and in a few places we can only deliver to a collection point rather than to your door. Your available options and exact cost are always shown at checkout once you enter your address.

Delivery discounts — the more you order, the less you pay

Spend R299 and we take R10 off your delivery. Every R100 you spend after that takes off another R10. It applies automatically at checkout — no code needed — to whichever delivery option you choose.

That means most orders ship free or close to it:

R299+ — R10 off your delivery
R699+ — R50 off — our cheapest collection points become free
R899+ — R70 off — Cape Town Economy becomes free
R1 099+ — R90 off — Main Centres Economy becomes free
R1 299+ — R110 off — Cape Town Next Day becomes free
R1 399+ — R120 off — Regional Economy becomes free
R1 499+ — R130 off — Cape Town Same Day becomes free
R1 799+ — R160 off — every delivery option becomes free

Order processing times

We dispatch every weekday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed before 7 AM on a business day are dispatched the same day; orders placed after 7 AM, or on a weekend or public holiday, are dispatched on the next business day.
