Shipping policy
We deliver everywhere in South Africa (no international delivery). Delivery pricing and times are grouped into three classifications:
- Cape Town — within 50 km of Cape Town CBD
- Main Centres — within 50 km of any of: Johannesburg, Pretoria, Bloemfontein, Durban, Port Elizabeth, East London, George, Kimberley, Ladysmith, Nelspruit, Polokwane, Potchefstroom, Welkom, or Witbank. See our Delivery Locations hub for all main centres.
- Regional — all other areas of South Africa
We discount delivery fees by R10 for every R100 you spend over R299.

Order Processing Times: We dispatch orders every weekday (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed before 7 AM on a business day are dispatched that same day; orders placed after 7 AM, or on weekends or public holidays, are dispatched on the next business day.

- Same-Day delivery — order before 7 AM on a weekday to receive it by 5 PM the same day (weekend orders delivered Monday)
- Next-Day delivery — order before 7 AM on a weekday to receive it by 12 PM the next business day (weekend orders delivered Tuesday)
- Economy delivery available (2–3 business days)

- Next-Day delivery — order before 7 AM on a weekday to receive it by 12 PM the next business day (weekend orders delivered Tuesday)
- Economy delivery available (2–5 business days)

- 2-Day delivery — order before 7 AM on a weekday for delivery within 2 business days (weekend orders delivered by Wednesday)
- Economy delivery available (3–6 business days)
Locker Delivery (PUDO, Pargo & Bob Box): Available countrywide. Choose a nearby locker at checkout, receive notifications when your parcel arrives, and pick it up at your convenience (2–6 business days).
