For orders within 50km of Cape Town, you can choose Express Delivery for R89 or Economy Delivery for R59.
For orders within 50km of Main Centres, you can choose Express Delivery for R119 or Economy Delivery of R79.
For orders anywhere else in South Africa, you can choose Express Delivery for R119 or Economy Delivery for R99.
We also offer Locker Collections with Pargo, PUDO, and Bob Box for R50-79.

How long will it take to receive my order?

The delivery time for your order depends on two factors: the delivery option you choose and the location for your delivery.

For Express Delivery in Cape Town: Order before 10 AM to get Same Day Delivery within 50km of Cape Town between 2 PM and 5 PM.
For Express Delivery in Main Centres: Order before 2 PM to get Next Day Delivery before 11 AM.
For Express Delivery Everywhere Else in South Africa: Order before 2 PM to get Delivery within 2 Business Days.

Other Delivery Options:

Economy Delivery takes 2-4 Business Days Nationwide.
Pargo, Bob Box, and PUDO Delivery takes 2-6 Business Days Nationwide.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return the product if it's defective?

If your item is defective, just Whatsapp or Email us and we'll get on replacing your product asap!
You can return your products within 3 days if they're sealed for a full refund minus the collection fee.
If you qualify for a refund, you'll have the choice of store credit or a refund to your payment method.
We can only replace or refund items bought from our store.
